Terms of Service
By using maxasoft.app and MaxaSoft products you accept these terms. They apply between you and Maxa Trading OOD (“we”).
1. The website and free software
You can browse the website and download software without registering. Free Windows programs are provided “as is”, without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. You may use them personally and at work, but you may not sell them or distribute them as your own.
2. The MaxaSubs extension
MaxaSubs is a Google Chrome extension that translates subtitles on supported streaming platforms. It does not give access to content and does not bypass your platform subscription. It only works with subtitles the platform already displays.
Translations are machine-generated and may contain errors. We are not liable if a platform changes its service so that the extension temporarily stops working. In that case we will fix it as soon as possible.
3. Free trial and subscription
- The first 5 minutes of translation require no sign-in. You get 10 more minutes after signing in with a Google account.
- The subscription costs €2.99 per month. This is the final price.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it.
- You can cancel at any time in the extension settings. It stays active until the end of the paid month.
- We will notify you of any price change at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from the next renewal.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use the products to break the law or infringe the rights of others. You may not decompile, resell or share your subscription with other people.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. This does not affect your rights as a consumer under Bulgarian and EU law.
6. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the extension at least 30 days in advance.
7. Governing law
Bulgarian law applies. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you also keep the protection your own country’s law gives you. If the English and Bulgarian versions differ, the Bulgarian text prevails.
